Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview
Thank you for shopping at Wakeless River Press. We strive to ensure the highest quality of both physical and digital products. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for both physical items (such as printed books) and digital items (ebooks, audiobooks).
2. Digital Items (Ebooks & Audiobooks)
- All Digital Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook and audiobook purchases are non-refundable once delivered. - Delivery & Technical Support
- Digital items (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered through BookFunnel. You can read or listen to your book(s) online, download them in your preferred format, or use the BookFunnel app.
- If you didn’t receive your BookFunnel email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder, or log in at My.BookFunnel.com with the email address used at checkout.
- Technical Support: For any technical issues (e.g., trouble downloading, app problems), contact help@bookfunnel.com or visit the BookFunnel Help Page.
- No Refunds for Digital Items
If you encounter a delivery problem or did not receive your download link, BookFunnel can assist. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for digital purchases under any circumstances.
3. Refund Requests for Non-delivered Physical Books (U.S. Only)
- 90-Day Window
In the event that more than 90 days have passed since your purchase of a physical book, and the book has not been delivered to your U.S. address despite proof of shipment, you may request a full refund from Wakeless River Press. - Verification
We will verify shipment status and proof of purchase. Refund approval is at the discretion of Wakeless River Press. - Refund Method
Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days from the date of approval for processing.
4. Standard 30-Day Return Policy for Physical Items
Our standard return and refund policy for physical (non-digital) items is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
- Eligibility
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items

5. Proof of Purchase
To complete a return, we require a receipt or order confirmation. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
6. Partial Refunds
Certain circumstances may warrant a partial refund:
- Physical books with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
7. Refunds (Processing)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed. The credit will appear on your original payment method (processing times vary by bank/credit card company).
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- Check Your Bank: If you haven’t seen a refund, first verify your bank statement.
- Credit Card Company: Contact your card issuer; refunds can take additional processing time.
- Still No Refund? If you’ve done all the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@wakelessriverpress.com.
9. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
10. Exchanges (Physical Items Only)
We replace physical items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@wakelessriverpress.com and send your item to:

11. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return upon receipt of the item.
- If it wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund goes to the gift giver’s original payment method.
12. Shipping Returns (Physical Items)
To return your item, mail it to the above address.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible unless the item was defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Tracking: For items over $75, consider a trackable shipping service or insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
13. How to Initiate a Return (Physical Items)
- Contact Us at email@wakelessriverpress.com with your order details.
- Await Approval. Package your item securely and include proof of purchase.
- Ship to the address listed in Section 10.
